If you receive the wrong item or if the item is defective, please take photos/videos and email us at info@pawsinoasis.com within 48 hours of receiving your order, we will arrange to deliver the correct items or return all your payment.

Please kindly note that we don't accept replacements or refunds based on size issues. Please check the size chart before buying. Also please check the colors before purchase.
