Q. How long will it take for my items to arrive?
A. It will usually take 8 - 17 business days for all orders to arrive. Shipping times vary based on customer location and from product-to-product.
Q. Where can I track the order?
A. You can track your order under "Track Order" on the menu bar. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped.
Q. What do I do if my package is delayed?
A. No worries! You are not the only one watching your delivery progress. Paws in Oasis will also track your delivery actively and act fast to deal with any problems. Please also send us an email at: info@pawsinoasis.com.
Q. How about lost /missing packages?
A. Paws in Oasis is not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made an error, we will fully take responsibility for the original order that was made for you at no charge.
Q. Will I be charged for customs and taxes?
A. The prices displayed on our site are tax-free. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, which are determined by your local customs office. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office. Payment of these charges will not be covered by Paws in Oasis.
